These launch-readiness terms describe the intended operating model of Onward Signal. Final commercial terms, service levels, privacy terms, payment terms, and customer agreements should be reviewed by counsel before production sale.
Authorized use
Organizations may use Onward Signal to plan, create, review, schedule, analyze and manage school communication content. Users must only access schools, accounts, assets and student-related records they are authorized to manage.
Human responsibility
AI output is assistive. Users are responsible for reviewing factual accuracy, tone, permissions, legal requirements, school policy, accessibility, and suitability before publishing or acting on generated content.
Student and staff media
Customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any permissions required for photos, videos, names, testimonials or other content. Product consent controls support that process but do not replace the school’s legal obligations or policy decisions.
External platforms
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Threads, YouTube and other third-party services have their own terms, APIs, availability rules and account requirements. Onward Signal cannot guarantee actions that depend on an external platform.
Acceptable use
Users may not use the service to impersonate others, bypass permissions, publish unlawful content, misuse student information, compromise accounts, distribute malicious material, or attempt unauthorized access to another organization’s workspace.
Availability and changes
Features may evolve as Onward Signal moves from preview into production. Material changes to commercial service commitments should be reflected in the final customer agreement.
